Previously in Café 42: Music is a very important thing in my life, essential even. Indeed, within the last year, I’ve discovered that music has the power to shift my vibrational state, to open wide my imagination gates, to realign my energy, to allow my body to dance and my soul to sing. This is why, when I decided to create Café 42, I wanted to share a playlist of my most significant songs with my community, like a life’s soundtrack.
My dear beloved regulars,
Last Saturday, as I was walking back home, with my headphones on my head as usual, from my precious hairdresser - who is also a very good friend of mine who always supported me during my awakening, connecting me with people that would help me to expand my spirituality, and encouraging me to share with her all the incredible miracles I was experiencing - “Fantasy” by Earth, Wind and Fire popped up in my ears and my body sparked up, twinkling like a fire stick. As I am French, I regularly don’t pay too much attention to the lyrics, though I understand them, the singing voice being just an intrument among others. But, as with “Higher Love” by Steve Winwood, that song took another dimension with my new awaken ears because the lyrics suddenly made so much sense.
As I was saying in last week Life, the Universe and Everything Playlist post, I am always amazed by the new dimension things, events and songs now have for me since my shift of perception and how unbelievable it is that artists have left clues in their songs about how the Universe really works, its magic and mysteries. Until recently, I couldn’t decypher the hidden meaning of those piece of pop poetry because I didn’t remember clearly who I was, I was like in a movie when an adventurer puts some special glasses on and he is able to see new markings on a map or a hidden text on an old parchment. Now that I have found those glasses, I can see what others, as I before, can’t…
